Prabhas is gearing up for a lineup of major releases, starting with his anticipated collaboration with Sita Ramam director Hanu Raghavapudi. According to Telugu360, the project, tentatively titled PrabhasHanu, is being crafted on a massive budget of ₹400 crore, making it one of the most expensive films in Prabhas’ career. Rumored to be titled Fauji, the movie is set in pre-independence India, where Prabhas will take on the role of a British Indian Army soldier. The film’s shoot is currently underway in Hyderabad, following earlier schedules in Madurai, and has already generated excitement since its pooja ceremony. Social media influencer and choreographer Imanvi has been confirmed as the female lead.
Additionally, Prabhas has reportedly been in discussions for potential projects with acclaimed directors Prasanth Varma and Lokesh Kanagaraj. While details are still under wraps, these collaborations are rumored to include substantial roles in cinematic universes crafted by the directors, though official announcements are awaited.
On the work front, Prabhas will next appear in the horror-comedy The Raja Saab, directed by Maruti, slated for release on April 10, 2025. This film will also feature Malavika Mohanan and Nidhi Agerwal in leading roles. Beyond this, the actor is set to team up with Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga for Spirit, a high-energy cop action flick, where Prabhas will portray an “angry young man.” Sandeep has reportedly begun working on the film’s tracks. Finally, Prabhas will also star in Salaar 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam, helmed by KGF director Prashanth Neel, promising fans an intense cinematic experience.
